Learn and make 5 simple recipes for delicious nutritious foods from vegetables harvested at Frogtown Farm.

Frogtown Farm is offering its last cooking session of the season on Saturday December 4th, 2021 from 1-4 pm with Lachelle Cunningham of Chelles' Kitchen. 

The class will feature carrots, beets, butternut and delicata squash in 5 simple recipes: African Spiced Roasted Vegetables, Poached Delicata Squash, Smoked Squash Soup, Beet Hummus, and Carrot Parmesan fries that your children will absolutely love!

The class is limited to 15 registrants. Will be held in the community kitchen of St. Stephanus Lutheran Church. Parking Available behind the church, with entry through the side door.

*This is the first class that will be filmed as part of Frogtown Farm's community eductation Program. All participants must sign agree to be apart of the filming. waivers will be presented the day of the class.
