Frogtown Farm is hosting the PopUp Paper Shop to teach anyone who is interested how to create and pull a sheet of paper!

The PopUp Paper Shop is a mobile unit that’s stocked with supplies and equipment to make paper by hand. Children of all ages are invited to make a sheet of decorative paper derived from various plant species, such as rhubarb, hosta, cattail, daylily, iris and burdock. Such common Minnesota plants have proven to be ideal materials to produce attractive paper that adhere to no-chemical, no-waste practices.

Come anytime between 10 AM and 1 PM to make your own sheet of paper! The average time needed to make a piece of paper is about 15 to 20 minutes.

This event is open to anyone and everyone. No one will be turned away from participating.
