Vermicomposting 101
Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:30am
Frogtown Farm and Renaissance Soil are co-hosting a workshop on vermicompost!
Vermicompost - as worm poop is called in polite society - is an excellent way to grow soil foodweb micro-organisms and it can easily be made into a tea that will transform dirt into soil!
Red wrigglers produce some of the most biologically active compost available.
Come learn how to take care of your own worms and make this amazing natural fertilizer while re-cycling household waste.
We are now sold out of the basic bin set-up! We have enough worms for a few more people, so please pre-order if you want them!
Limited supply of worms available to pre-order:
$20 for 500 worms
$30 for 500 worms with basic bin
Cash only please
Everyone is welcome, but there is a $10 suggested donation to Renaissance Soil to offset instructor time.
Frogtown Farm offices are located at 941 Lafond Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55104. Free parking is available.
We have now reached capacity for the workshop! Please call Frogtown Farm t0 reserve your spot on the waiting list at 651-600-3414.
